To capture each stage at its most meaningful, I recommend:
Maternity (bump session): 30–36 weeks
Newborn session: within the first 2–3 weeks (or up to 6 months for a more relaxed baby-led session)
Baby / toddler session: between 6–16 months, ideally around the first birthday milestone
